These terms govern your use of the products and website operated by Pilot AI Systems, including QuizPilot and AvtoPilot. Please read them carefully.
If you use our services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms for that organisation.
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, installing an app, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
You must meet the minimum age required by your app store and local law to use our products.
The services
QuizPilot turns documents and topics into quizzes, flashcards, and slides, with an explanation for each answer. AvtoPilot helps learners prepare for the driving theory exam in Uzbekistan with practice questions, repetition, and live modes.
We may add, change, or remove features, and we may set limits on usage to keep the services reliable. AI-generated study material is meant to help you learn, and it can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important against an authoritative source, and do not treat our content as professional advice.
Acceptable use
Use our services only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, and do not submit material that is illegal, harmful, or infringes someone else's rights.
Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems, and do not use the services to build a competing product by copying ours.
We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules or puts other users at risk.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity that happens under your account.
Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We are not responsible for losses caused by someone else using your credentials with your knowledge or through your failure to keep them safe.
Intellectual property
The products, including their software, design, and brand names such as QuizPilot and AvtoPilot, belong to Pilot AI Systems and are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the services as intended.
You keep ownership of the content you upload. By submitting it, you grant us the licence we need to host, process, and display that content so the products can work for you. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.
Third-party services
Our products run on and integrate with platforms we do not control, including Apple, Google, Telegram, and the AI providers that generate study content. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and links to other sites do not mean we endorse them.
Disclaimers
The services are provided on an as is and as available basis. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that the services will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Study material is a learning aid, not a guarantee of any result. Passing an exam, including a driving theory exam, depends on factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pilot AI Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or the minimum the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our products and the law change. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, give notice inside the product.
If you keep using the services after an update, you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using the services and you may close your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory local law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
