Company
We build whole products for the learners big platforms never get around to.
Pilot AI Systems is an independent company in London. We pick one hard problem, ship it completely, and serve the people other companies skip.
What we are, and why.
Pilot AI Systems was founded in 2025 as an independent AI product company in London. We are small on purpose, and we build for learners the largest platforms treat as an afterthought.
Most education software is built for the markets that are easiest to sell into. The result is familiar: polished tools for places that already have plenty, and a long tail of learners left with broken translations, missing content, and apps that were clearly never made for them.
We started Pilot AI Systems to work the other way around. We choose a single hard problem in a real market, learn it properly, and build the whole product around it: the model, the interface, the content, the distribution. Not a feature bolted onto someone else's platform. A complete tool that does one job all the way through.
That focus is how a small remote team reaches more than 250,000 learners across two products. QuizPilot turns any document or topic into quizzes, flashcards, and slides, with an explanation for every answer. AvtoPilot prepares drivers in Uzbekistan for the official theory exam, and it is the number one education app in the country.
Both products live where their learners already are: on Telegram, in the App Store, on Google Play. We do not ask people to change their habits to use us. We meet them in the apps they open every day, and we earn the next open.
What we believe.
Three principles decide what we build, how we build it, and who we build it for.
Ship narrow
One product, one clear job, done all the way through. We would rather finish a single thing completely than half-ship five. Narrow scope is what lets a small team move fast and keep quality high, and it is the reason a feature here usually works the first time you reach for it.
Design like it matters
A tool people open every day deserves real care. We sweat the parts other teams treat as optional: the empty state, the wrong-answer explanation, the second a screen takes to load. Good design is not decoration here. It is what makes a learning tool one people actually keep using.
Build for overlooked markets
We start in Central Asia and the markets the big platforms never prioritise, then build outward. Working for these learners first forces honesty: support the languages people really speak, fit the devices they really own, and respect the data they can afford to spend. Build well here and the product travels.

Where we work.
London and Uzbekistan, with a small remote team in between.
We are headquartered in London and rooted in Uzbekistan, where AvtoPilot became the country's top education app. That pairing is deliberate. London keeps us close to the wider AI and product world. Uzbekistan keeps us honest about who we are actually building for.
The team is small and remote by design. Fewer people, less process, and a short line between the person who notices a problem and the person who fixes it. Everyone here ships, and everyone here talks to learners.

- how the team works
A company, not a project.
We are bootstrapped and profitable, with no outside funding. We would rather own a small, durable business than raise to chase a big one.
Profitable, not funded
We run on revenue, not a runway, so the work is built for the long term.
Category leader
AvtoPilot is the number one education app in Uzbekistan, with 250,000 learners across our products.
Grows on its own
QuizPilot spreads largely on its own, with demand that climbs every exam season.
